Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Purpose

Aedifico Tech Solutions LLC is committed to providing high-fidelity, evidence-based nursing education resources. Because our products are delivered via digital download and are accessible immediately upon purchase, they are categorized as “Digital Goods” under international consumer law. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.

By purchasing any Study System, Logic Map, or the Ultimate Mastery Bundle from our website, you (the “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in its entirety.

2. The Nature of Digital Goods

Unlike physical textbooks, digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once a download link has been generated or a file has been accessed, the intellectual property has been delivered.

2.1 No Automatic Refunds: As a general rule, all sales are final. We do not offer automatic refunds for “change of mind,” “accidental purchase,” or “unmet expectations” regarding difficulty level, as the contents of our guides are clearly outlined in the product descriptions prior to purchase.

2.2 Immediate Delivery: Delivery occurs at the moment the payment is successful and the download link is presented or emailed to the User. The Company tracks download activity via server logs to verify delivery.


3. Eligibility for Refund (The “Exceptional Circumstances” Clause)

While we maintain a strict “No Refund” stance to protect our intellectual property, we recognize that technical errors can occur. We will consider refund requests under the following specific conditions:

3.1 Non-Delivery of Product: If, due to a technical failure on the part of Aedifico Tech Solutions LLC, you do not receive the download link or access to the digital files within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team cannot rectify the delivery via email, a full refund will be issued.

3.2 Corrupt or Defective Files: If a file is found to be corrupt or missing critical sections as described, the User must notify Support within 48 hours. We will first attempt to provide a corrected version of the file. If we are unable to provide a functional file within 3 business days, a refund for that specific item will be processed.

3.3 Major Mismatch of Description: A refund may be considered if the product delivered is fundamentally different from the product described (e.g., the User purchased the “Pediatric Core” but received the “Mental Health” guide and the Company is unable to swap the files).


4. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

Aedifico Tech Solutions LLC values transparency. We encourage Users to contact our Support team before initiating a dispute with their bank.

4.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for a digital product that has been successfully downloaded and matches the product description is considered “friendly fraud” under Merchant Service Provider guidelines.

4.2 Consequences of Disputes: In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Aedifico Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right to:

  1. Terminate the User’s access to all current and future updates.
  2. Provide the Userโ€™s IP address, download logs, and signed terms of service to the banking institution to contest the dispute.
  3. Permanently blacklist the User from our educational platform.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

(Note: This section applies if you move to a recurring model. If you only offer one-time purchases, this section serves as a placeholder for future compliance).

5.1 One-Time Purchases: Most of our products, including the “Ultimate Mastery Bundle,” are one-time payments. There are no recurring fees to “cancel.” Once purchased, you own the version of the file delivered.

5.2 Cancellation of Pending Orders: Because our delivery system is automated and instantaneous, orders cannot be cancelled once the “Pay Now” button has been clicked. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing the transaction.


6. Clinical Updates and Versioning

Nursing guidelines (such as ACLS or NCSBN test plans) change periodically.

6.1 No Refunds for Policy Changes: The Company is not liable for refunds if a medical governing body changes its guidelines after a User has purchased a guide.

6.2 Update Policy: Aedifico Tech Solutions LLC provides free version updates for 12 months following a purchase. A “stale” or “outdated” file is not grounds for a refund if a newer version is available for the User to download within their account or via email request.


7. Academic Integrity and Misuse

As stated in our Footer, we do not provide academic writing services.

7.1 Refusal of Service: If a User attempts to purchase a product and subsequently asks the Company to perform “homework help,” “essay writing,” or “exam-taking” services, the Company will terminate the relationship immediately. In cases where the product has already been downloaded, no refund will be given for the attempted solicitation of prohibited services.


8. How to Request Assistance

If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund under Section 3, you must follow this procedure:

  1. Email: Send an email to support@aedificotechsolutions.com.
  2. Subject Line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
  3. Documentation: You must provide the email address used for purchase and a detailed explanation (with screenshots if applicable) of the technical failure or defect.
  4. Timeline: All requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account) used during checkout. Please note that bank processing times are outside of our control and may take additional time to appear on your statement.


10. Limitation of Liability

Aedifico Tech Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to the User for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Company for that specific purchase.


11. Final Agreement

By clicking “Purchase,” “Buy Now,” or “Secure Your Bundle,” you signify your agreement to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
